An online receipt or packing slip dated within 1
Year is
required for all returns. Please note that We will accept returns only after a return merchandise
authorization has been obtained. Items must be in
new condition, unused in original packaging.
Shipping and handling charges cannot be
refunded when returning items. All items must be returned only via
Tracking Freight
Service with Signature Required, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
Some items cannot be returned if opened.
( All rugs are approximate sizes & colors may vary to monitor
settings. We cannot take an item back due to size or color
variance.)
All returns or exchanges — will be needed to return to
manufacturer.
